What's New For March 2010:

This has been an exciting and fast paced year so far so I thought I would take a moment and let you know what is going on...

1. PC MedEvac and Cowbell Systems of Apex NC, have formed an alliance and we will be merging operations by March 1st 2010. I have been in the IT support Business for a long time, and welcome the opportunity to expand and learn. Nicolas and Cowbell Systems have a customer-oriented appoach that is quite unique and we will fully and completely integreate this approach during the week of 3/1/2010 - 3/6/2010. We believe that these changes will benefit our clients, our community and our teams.
2. The Intern clinic has hit the ground running. We were fortunate enough to get 10 very talented and very ambitious Interns from Apex High's highly successful Acadamy of Information Technology. "The Clinic" as we call it, offers a simple low cost approach to computer repair. The clinic has dedicated hours 3pm to 6pm daily and Saturday 10 a.m to 2p.m. The interns have taken the reigns and have added some great new services of their own. 1) A low cost backup strategy, 2) A student discount and 3) a simple pick-up and drop off system. We are pleased and fortunate to have such skilled and motivated talent in our community and hope they all stick around to bring new ideas and success to Wake County in the coming years.
3. The Interns have helped us discover and test some great GREEN tools and initiatives to save your business some serious money, improve efficiency and increase performance. So, if you are looking to add computers and servers STOP RIGHT NOW and give us a call. The time to look won't cost you a penny and you will thank yourself in the end. We will have a series of seminars, teleseminars and training sessions to demonstrate this new technolgy and our other new LOW COST services starting in March
4. This Months Business Builder Seminar will be March 22nd at the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce from 11:00 to 12:30. The Topic Is Backup and Disaster Recovery and Cusness continuity (BDRC) My Guest will Be Bonnie Sue Ferarri from NationWide. Together we will highlight the importantance of backups for your business and the importance of proper planning. Good backups extend beyond the bits and bytes of a business. Hope to se you there.
